Southwest Florida’s real estate market’s taken a huge hit in the past couple of years. Right now the Fort Myers-Cape Coral area is ranked 3rd in the country for foreclosures with about 1 in 26 homes receiving a filing during the first quarter of the year. We’re joined by a panel of guests – including Lee County Property Appraiser Ken Wilkinson - to try to get a handle on where the market is right now, and where it’s going…in not only Lee, but Charlotte and Sarasota Counties as well.
