Meet a local art teacher who’s making a name for himself with his sculptures.  (http://www.hixsonarts.com/) James Hixson’s work focuses on feminine forms he creates primarily with large pieces of driftwood.  We’ll learn more about his methods and his goals as an artist.  Plus meet several women behind what’s called “Peace by Piece” – it’s an effort to give local women artists more exposure, and to raise money for a good cause in the process.
