There's a battle brewing in the Gulf. In the end the casualties could be Loggerhead Sea Turtles or Grouper fishermen. There's currently a moratorium on long line fishing of Grouper in the gulf. The National Marine Fisheries Service is looking into the full effects of the long lines on the Loggerheads and whether or not there is an alternative that doesn't hurt the fishermen's ability to make a living. We'll hear from the fisheries service as well as the Gulf Fishermen's Association about whether or not a compromise can be found. Also on the show we'll talk with Barbara Peterson of the First Amendment Foundation and the challenges of protecting the Florida Sunshine Laws in the world of Twitter and FaceBook.
