The Honorable Porter Goss returns to Southwest Florida to answer the question: “Should the United States have a National Intelligence Service”? If yes, then what should it look like? Mr. Goss will give his view of this issue from the House Oversight Committee on Intelligence, and as a former Director of the CIA. His speech is titled “The Future of America’s Intelligence”.
