The Naples Council on World Affairs presents a speech by Lieutenant Colonel Isaiah Wilson. Wilson is Director of American Politics, Public Policy and Strategy at West Point. He will address the challenges facing our Nation: water, disease, climate change, decline in food production, famine and our need to recognize the warning systems. His speech is titled “An Uncommon Defense for the 21st Century”.
