Thank you Robb & Stucky for over 90 years of dedicated service to our community and for 22 years of ongoing support of WGCU Public Media.

Robb & Stucky Interiors and WGCU enjoy a very special unique public media-underwriter relationship; one that has developed in a unique way over WGCU’s twenty four year history in Southwest Florida. Robb & Stucky Interiors is the only corporation to have supported WGCU on a continuous basis since 1985. During that period Robb & Stucky has maintained a constant level of financial commitment for both the public radio station and the public television station.

Robb & Stucky Interiors started in Fort Myers, Florida in 1915 and quickly became known for exceptionally high quality furniture, stellar interior design plans and excellent personal service. Robb & Stucky counted as major customers both the Thomas Edison Family and the Henry Ford family as both families built significant winter homes in Fort Myers. This fine reputation grew steadily over the years. Since its inception Robb & Stucky has maintained the highest standards of business operation and has been honored by numerous industry awards as home furnishings retailer and interior merchandiser.

During the past twenty five years under the leadership of CEO Clive Lubner, Robb & Stucky Interiors has now grown into one of the largest full-service furniture and interior design operations in the country and has expanded from Florida into Arizona, Texas and Nevada. But it has never forgotten it roots in Fort Myers, Florida and its commitment to helping WGCU Public Television and WGCU Public Radio to become one of the top ranked Public Television stations in America in Prime time public television audience rankings.
